For this episode I’m joined by hypnotist and entrepreneur, Ryan Christensen, who is here to discuss his own unique set of techniques for deep personal change.
Ryan has worked with hundreds of high-achievers and neurodivergent professionals to radically transform their mindset and shift their subconscious beliefs towards success.
His analytical skills and deep insights into the human mind helped him discover a new working model of belief construction, detailed in his first book “Winner Peace: How to End Inner Conflict and Make Success Inevitable.”
Ryan has twenty-three years of experience in the intelligence community, specifically in counter-terrorism and counter-proliferation operations and is also a veteran of the Marine Corps and Air National Guard.
Ryan’s personal journey of overcoming depression and suicidal ideation, as well has his struggles with autism / Asperger’s syndrome and bipolar disorder, led him to try practically every mental health and self improvement modality currently available, including talk therapy, coaching, hypnosis, spiritual retreats, breath work, energy healing, psychedelics and more.
That journey gave Ryan keen insights into how the mind works and the limitations of each methodology, eventually leading him to create his own unique set of techniques that we discuss on the show.
