I’ve been in a variety of leadership roles in different industries since the mid-90’s, which is when I was introduced to and gained first-hand experience of how differently people behaved, functioned, reacted, and performed under different circumstances. I was immediately fascinated, and this fascination has turned into a lifelong passion for me to help people understand their behaviour, approach, influence, attitude, and energy expenditure; and how this all converges to influence their lives.

During the pandemic I decided it was time to enhance my education, experience, and passion, and apply this to formal coach training to ensure I could more aptly serve the people I work with. I have been working as a professional coach since 2021 and received my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2022, and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation in March 2024.  I can’t even begin to express how incredible this journey has been for me, and I’m so grateful to have found meaning and a calling in my life.
